Hello and thank you for attending our in-person training: Diagnosing and Treating Employee Issues in the Workplace (Leadership Session II). We know that it can be difficult to absorb 6 hours of training content in one sitting, so we’ve built this supplemental training support. Listen to me explain the key concepts and follow along with the training slides.  We’ll discuss the difference between ability and behavior issues, strategies for communicating under difficult circumstances, the importance of risk assessments and how to handle terminations humanely and safely.
