Hello and thank you for attending our in-person training: Building Leadership and Effective Supervisory Skills (session #1). We know that it can be difficult to absorb 6 hours of training content in one sitting, so we’ve built this supplemental training support.  Review the five modules we covered and accompanying materials again at your own pace.  Listen to me explain the key concepts and follow along with the training slides from class.  We’ll discuss personality’s impact on communication and work styles, employee engagement and social capital, culture’s role in employee satisfaction and how to build belonging and competency with your onboarding and training programs.
